As a Press Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, lending support to the Lead Press Operator in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Schedule: MondayFriday, 2:30 PM-11:00PM Pay Rate: $20$30/hour (based on experience) Required Skills Solid understanding of operating printing presses and related machinery. Ability to prepare materials and set up machines efficiently. Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality checks are performed. Capability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members. Nice to Have Skills Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment. Familiarity with production schedules and basic troubleshooting of machines. Knowledge of color matching and ink mixing. Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but we're more than willing to train enthusiastic candidates eager to learn. Other Requirements Willingness to stand for long periods and lift materials when necessary. Previous punch press printing labels experience Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
