Galin Vinasco - State Farm Agency is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Norcross, GA. This is an in-office, full-time opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and growing through sales. Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese.

We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, understands the importance of following up on leads, and wants to build a long-term career in insurance. If you are licensed, coachable, and motivated by both customer service and sales success, we would like to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
  
• Explain coverage options clearly and help customers make informed decisions
  
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  
• Market and sell appropriate State Farm insurance products
  
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  
• Assist customers with policy changes, transfers, billing questions, coverage questions, and claim-related inquiries
  
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach

What Were Looking For

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Fluent in English plus at least one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, or Vietnamese
  
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
  
• Life & Health license is a plus
  
• Experience in insurance sales, inside sales, outside sales, or another goal-oriented sales environment
  
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  
• A positive, coachable attitude and a desire to grow in the insurance industry
  
• Must be able to commute to our Norcross, GA office; this is an in-office position
