San Diego FC Ambassador Program - Part-time, flexible hours (10-45 per month) $20 per hour San Diego FC is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Ambassadors to join the operations team. Ambassadors will be the frontline representatives for our fans, providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. This role will assist guests in various ways to enhance the overall fan experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem‑solving abilities, an energetic personality, and strong communication skills. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of positive interactions Excitable personality and commitment to strong teamwork mentality Self‑motivated, organized, and a critical thinker to be able to solve problems in real‑time Comfortable in a fast paced environment and respond well to changes in direction Ability to communicate cross‑departmentally Experience working in live events preferred Flexibility to work various hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed Willingness to work all 21 home matches and potential playoff matches. Full regular season schedule will be released in December Job Responsibilities Brand Representation: Represent San Diego Football Club as a brand ambassador at community events and home games throughout the year Fan Engagement: Engage with fans in a professional and positive manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere at events and outreach activities Game Day Support: Assist with various tasks on game days, including Fanfest, pre‑game, and post‑game activities and activations Set‑Up & Tear‑Down: Manage the set‑up, execution, and tear‑down of activations (tents, banners, a‑frames) for events at Snapdragon Stadium and community events Promotional Distribution: Distribute promotional materials and giveaways to increase fan involvement and engagement Grassroots Marketing Support: Assist with the execution of grassroots marketing initiatives, including community, marketing, and academy events Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management to ensure successful event execution and fan engagement We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr San Diego State University
