Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $22.55 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Sun: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, visitor management activities, and/or emergency response support at a busy front desk location. Greet employees, guests, vendors, and/or contractors, verify credentials, issue access materials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive access control practices. Answer phones, monitor lobby activity and security‑related systems, document incidents, and communicate clearly with site contacts and or Allied Universal leadership regarding unusual activity or concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, providing front desk support during alarms, evacuations, medical events, and/or other site emergencies. Maintain a professional presence at the reception area while completing reports, logs, and other administrative duties that support daily operations in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
