A Cannabis Trimmer is responsible for carefully trimming and preparing cannabis buds for sale, ensuring the highest quality standards. Working within a small team of 1-5 members, the trimmer uses hand shears or snips to perform precise cuts while following strict safety and compliance guidelines, enhanced by both basic safety training and advanced cannabis compliance training. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective time management to meet production goals without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Trim cannabis buds to specified quality standards
- Conduct quality control inspections during trimming
- Use hand shears and snips safely and effectively
- Collaborate closely with a small team to maintain workflow
- Follow safety protocols and compliance procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cannabis trimming or harvesting
