Food Prep Associate / Kitchen Team Member
Chicken Salad Chick
Join Our Team!Chicken Salad Chick is looking for a dependable and motivated Food Prep Associate to join our kitchen team! If you enjoy preparing fresh food, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
In this role, you'll help prepare our signature chicken salads, fresh sides, soups, sauces, and desserts while ensuring every item meets our quality and freshness standards.
What You'll DoPrepare chicken salads, pimento cheese, sides, soups, sauces, and other menu items according to company recipes.
Measure, portion, and prepare ingredients to maintain consistency and quality.
Follow daily prep lists to ensure food is ready for service.
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food preparation areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage guidelines.
Complete daily opening, closing, and food preparation tasks.
Monitor ingredient levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Work with team members to keep kitchen operations running efficiently.
Dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Previous restaurant or food preparation experience is preferred but not required.
Friendly, supportive team environment.
