Overview:

Seeking an experienced Bilingual Plant Supervisor to oversee daily inspection and production operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring production goals, food safety, quality standards, and OSHA compliance are achieved while supervising and developing production employees.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate must have previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Must-Have Qualifications

✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required
✔ 3-5 years of Production Supervisory experience in Food Manufacturing Required
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Experience with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA regulations
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Certification
• Experience with 5S Methodology
