What We Need From You Perform medication set‑up and assist residents with the Medication Program, including self‑administration of their medications. Set up, record, and assist with medications as ordered by physicians and/or the direction of the RN and RSD. Provide medication assistance documentation per policy and state requirements, including: Document medication assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately after assistance. Leave no blanks on MARs. Document reasons for PRN medication on the reverse of MARs and effectiveness of medication. Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community. Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test. Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
