Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper for a direct hire opportunity with a successful pest control company in New Port Richey, FL.
This position is located in the owner's private home office. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and trustworthy professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping an office running efficiently.
Please note: The home office has two dogs and one cat, so applicants must be comfortable working around pets.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Hours may vary slightly depending on workload)
- $18.50-$24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Process invoices and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Perform accurate data entry
- Scan, organize, and electronically file documents
- Maintain organized paper and digital filing systems
- Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Print reports, invoices, and other business documents
- Answer phones and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily administrative tasks
- Organize office records and maintain confidential information
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or Administrative experience preferred
- Required: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Experience scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Extremely reliable and dependable
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
