Executive Assistant to the Founders

Position: Executive Assistant to the Founders Location: North Charleston, SC Job Id: 220 # of Openings: 1 What You’ll Do Your mission: free up the Founders to lead, by handling behind‑the‑scenes responsibilities with speed, care, and professionalism. Core Responsibilities Coordinate and manage schedules and Outlook calendar for both David and Capucine Organize communications, monitor inboxes, and serve as a professional point of contact Liaise with vendors, internal staff, and external contacts to coordinate events, meetings, and logistics Book thoughtful, cost‑effective travel with detailed itineraries Conduct research and summarize findings to support timely decision‑making Create first drafts of presentations and documents Transcribe summary meeting notes to highlight key takeaways and actions needed Coordinate the various parties for any construction/renovation projects What You Bring 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives (supporting dual leaders is a plus) Exceptional organizational skills with precise attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Comfortable with visual presentation tools like Canva Confident using AI tools, online research, and tech platforms Clear and professional written and verbal communication Savvy with budgets, expense tracking, and thrifty travel planning Unwavering discretion, emotional intelligence, and good humor Competitive pay and generous employee discount on Juliska and Capucine De Wulf jewelry.
