We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in collecting, organizing, and managing data to support various projects within the organization. Inbound and outbound vendor contact will be made via phone and email.

**Duties:** - Collect and enter data into databases - Maintain accurate records of data collected - Organize and store hard copies of data in an efficient manner - Assist in the development of data collection procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity - Perform data quality checks to identify and correct errors - Prepare reports and presentations based on collected data

**Requirements:** - Superior communication skills – both over the phone and by email. Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Familiarity with file management systems This position offers valuable experience in data collection and analysis, providing an opportunity for professional growth and skill development.
