Shop Floor | 1st Shift (6am-2pm) 2nd Shift (210 p.m.) / 3rd Shift (10 p.m.6 a.m.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up machines & operate wire feed welding equipment.
• Perform Mig welds on steel up to 1 inch thick.
• Multi-pass welds including 3-pass welds to meet standards.
• Read blueprints & apply GD&T for accuracy.
• Inspect welds for quality & make adjustments.
• Follow safety with proper PPE & clean workspace.

Required Skills (Not Mandatory):

• 2+ years of Mig welding experience on heavy gauge steel.
• Proficiency in stainless & mild steel welding.
• Ability to interpret blueprints & fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Strong safety focus & attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
