Role Responsibilities

* Utilize our unique platform and your personal connections to unearth potential healthcare candidates

* Engage with promising candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for further assessment

* Maintain contact with leads to keep their interest alive and assist them on their hiring journey

* Keep meticulous records in our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires stemming from your outreach
