Earn $85,000+ annually Flexible schedule + autonomy 1:1 patient care in the home

Coverage Area: Oviedo / East Orange County, FL (Covering Oviedo, Avalon Park, Waterford Lakes, Bithlo, Geneva, Chuluota) (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Schedule:

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday + one weekend per month on-call
• Modified Full-Time: Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday
• PRN: 2 days a week of availability + on-call

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Pay-per-visit model: $45–$50 per visit + Medicare differential pay
• Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
