Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Crisis Clinician to join our team at South Shore Hospital Integrated Services. This full-time position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional behavioral health services to our community. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with medical staff to triage and assess clients in need of behavioral health interventions. The clinician will be responsible for determining the appropriate level of care, delivering clinical interventions, and providing case management support. Key functions include gathering and documenting collateral information, consulting with medical staff on patient symptoms and coping strategies, and providing services to patients in crisis. We also have an opening on our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Team! MCI Crisis Clinicians have the opportunity to gain comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills with a broad population, including children and adults! Work is fast-paced, but clinicians receive clinical supervision for each client seen by an experienced, independently licensed supervisor. The office-based team of crisis clinicians provides psychiatric emergency services to children, adults, and families who are at serious risk of harming themselves or others. Competitive salary plus $8/hour shift differential for working on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - Friday 8pm-8am! The Following Schedules Are Available Wednesday - Saturday 1pm-11pm (Hospital) Thursday, Friday, Saturday: Evenings (Mobile) Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: Evenings (Mobile) Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other mental health discipline Training in assessing adults in crisis, as well as competency in assessing children and their families in crisis Minimum of one year of experience in a Crisis Intervention setting or related field placement in a Crisis Intervention setting is highly preferred Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation protocols Aspire Health Alliance is committed to and passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
