Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

This position will include nights and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays as required. Night shifts will include a fifty cent bonus per hour above the starting wage. ***$200.00 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment with positive performance review and no missed shifts or call-outs Responsibilities * Perform all check-in and check-out tasks * Manage online and phone reservations * Inform guests about payment methods and verify their payment information * Welcome guests to our property with a friendly smile and upbeat attitude * Answer all questions about the facilities * Respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner * Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are prepared to accommodate our valued guests Qualifications * Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role (Preferred) * Experience with hotel reservations software, like Opera, OnQ or Fosse (Preferred) * Excellent communication and organizational skills
