Accounting Manager

We're hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role involves supervising accounting staff, preparing financial statements, supporting audits, and partnering with leadership to improve processes and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting functions and team workflows
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Set KPIs and monitor team performance against benchmarks
Mentor and develop accounting staff
Collaborate with leadership to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy
Ensure timely and accurate entries, reconciliations, and documentation
Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency in finance operations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with audit support and team leadership
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Average Pay Rate: $40 – $50 / Hour
