As a Data Architect Sr within PNC's Retail Architecture organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. In addition to standard data architecture skills, the right candidate will also have experience with data streaming, Kafka specifically, and with designing data streaming pipelines. This position will work with an extremely large, complex and foundational data streaming platform that supports making data available from many systems of record to all of our channel applications. Strong communication skills are mandatory, as well as the ability to communicate at multiple levels – technology partners, business partners and leadership. The right candidate will also possess the ability to understand business processes and understand & predict the impact of data changes to those processes and systems.
