Our Private Upscale Country Club in Ladue is seeking qualified candidates to join our team!

Bartenders - Part Time and Full Time - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment alongside new and seasoned servers, bartenders, bussers, and Chefs to provide exceptional food, beverage, and bar service in a country club atmosphere. The right candidate can be trained in technical skills relating to the position. Experience and a willingness to learn is required. Full-time applicants are eligible for insurance benefits and holiday pay after completing 90 days of employment.

Expectations Include:

• The successful applicant will be able to communicate important information between management, kitchen staff, and servers.
• Some experience is necessary, in both serving and bartending.
• Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
• The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go.
• During our busy hours, we expect the bartenders to be prepped and ready to perform any tasks necessary to ensure a high-quality Club Member experience.
• Be a team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

The part-time position would be an excellent fit for students, as the hours fall between 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm. Hours are a bit later on the weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: competitive hourly wage (no tips), benefits after 90 days for full-time, daily staff meals, uniform shirts provided.
