Private Client Advisor II

Acquire new clients and deepen client relationships Build internal and external networks to achieve business development goals Lead the Client Management Process within the client team Partner across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience Provide clients access to Private Bank and bank capabilities and services Ensure retention of clients Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and wealth strategy Advocate for clients and prospects as a trusted advisor Provide integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management Encourage adoption of digital capabilities Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence Requirements Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets) Ability to present clients with a holistic approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform Exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to identify opportunities for client engagement and proactively act upon them Ability to influence, proactively ask for, and close business Sales and financial aptitude Skilled negotiator Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists Leadership role on the team and within the business community Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check for residential mortgage loan originations Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in private banking and complex financial services, with a strong focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering integrated financial solutions.
