What You ll Do

• Provide pediatric anesthesia care within a dedicated cardiac anesthesia team
• Support cardiac surgeries, Cath/EP labs, and cardiac imaging procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice in a fast-paced environment
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Assist in preoperative assessments and post-operative care coordination

What You Need

• Valid fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiology certification
• Active Medical License in Washington State (or eligible)
• Minimum 2+ years of pediatric anesthesia experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Experience with cardiac anesthesia and complex pediatric cases
• Bilingual language skills are a plus but not required

About the Assignment
This role is based at a reputable hospital in Tacoma, which is transitioning OR services to a standalone facility starting May 16, 2026. The pediatric cardiac anesthesia team provides specialized support for cardiac surgeries, labs, and imaging, delivering expert anesthesia care tailored to pediatric patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment.
