Machining Team Lead: Lean, QC, 6S & Training

KEITH Walking Floor Systems in Madras, Oregon is seeking a Machine Shop Team Leader for the 5:00am–3:30pm shift. The role focuses on leading a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and Lean practices in a fast-paced plant. You will respond to Andon, cover absences, train staff, enforce standardized work, perform daily QC audits, participate in safety meetings, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining 6S and meeting manufacturing goals.
