Manager on Duty Location: Sofive Soccer Centers, Rockville Job Description The Manager on Duty oversees daily operations of the Sofive Soccer facility, ensuring customer needs are met and staff performance. This role requires strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and flexibility. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Plan, monitor, and schedule all soccer programs, ensuring smooth and efficient procedures. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems promptly and professionally. Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Encourage teamwork and provide guidance and support to staff. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Implement and maintain safety procedures for staff and customers. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a customer‑focused environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make quick decisions. Knowledge of basic computer software. Organizational skills. Compensation Pay Range: 20.00 - 20.00 USD per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
