The Opportunity

American Independence Gold facilitates alternative asset transactions nationwide — physical gold and silver for retirement accounts and home delivery. Our management team has decades of combined experience in the space, and our marketing engine produces more qualified opportunities than our current floor can work.

That's why we're hiring. We're not looking for people who need to be taught how to sell. We're looking for closers who already know how, and who want a desk where the leads never run dry.

If you've been carrying a floor at a shop where the leads are recycled, the payouts get shaved, or the management is invisible — this is the move.

What You'll Do

• Work qualified, company-generated leads from prospects who requested information about precious metals — no cold lists, no purchased data
• Build real relationships with clients making significant retirement decisions, and earn the trust that turns a first conversation into a long-term account
• Present physical gold and silver options clearly and accurately, including all pricing and margin disclosures
• Maintain high daily activity and disciplined CRM hygiene so nothing falls through the cracks
• Consistently hit and beat monthly production targets

What We Offer

Compensation

• $75,000–$180,000 per year, base plus commission.
• Uncapped commission plus monthly bonus structure
• Realistic earnings for a producer who works the leads: $250,000.00 Annually .
• Our top producers on the floor earn substantially more.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of phone sales with a closing role, not just setting appointments
• You can hold a 30-minute call with a 60-year-old about their retirement without rushing them
• Comfortable on a floor with numbers on the board
• Precious metals, financial products, or retirement account experience is a plus, not a requirement

Schedule and location

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Optional Saturdays. In person at 1665 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, just east of I-95 — this is not a remote role.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of closing sales entirely over the phone. This is a hard requirement — please don't apply without it.
• Prior call center or inside sales floor experience
• 2+ years working in a CRM
• Genuine interest in markets, economics, and current events — you should be able to hold an intelligent conversation about where the economy is headed
• The confidence to ask for the close, handle objections, and ask again
• Coachability. The reps who make the most money here are the ones who take the feedback.

A plus, not required: direct experience in precious metals, financial products, or retirement accounts.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Saturdays optional.
