Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Wellington, FL, focused on converting leads into qualified appointments and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. This role involves daily inbound calls, responding to online and phone inquiries, and following up consistently with leads generated through the team’s marketing efforts. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain detailed records in the CRM, pre-qualify buyers and sellers, and coordinate closely with agents to schedule consultations. The position requires clear communication, regular pipeline and activity reporting, and collaboration with the broader team to meet sales goals and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on high-volume outreach and appointment setting.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including active listening and professional follow-up.
• Account Management skills to maintain ongoing client relationships and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced real estate office environment in Wellington, FL.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, sales, or real estate is a plus.
• A real estate license is NOT required for this position.
