In-Field Marketing & Client Intake SpecialistComForCare Home Care is seeking a driven and personable In-Field Marketing & Client Intake Specialist to help grow our client base and support new client onboarding across our Glastonbury and Avon locations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends community outreach, relationship building, and client intake coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote our services by visiting senior centers, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sourcesAttend health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to generate leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local organizationsRepresent ComForCare professionally at all outreach eventsTrack and report marketing activities and lead generation resultsConduct client intakes, including needs assessments and documentation collectionServe as the first point of contact for clients and families, delivering a welcoming experienceCoordinate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clientsMaintain accurate records of inquiries, referrals, and intake dataFollow up with leads to convert prospects into active clientsAssist both Glastonbury and Avon offices with marketing and client-related tasksIdentify opportunities for business growth and community partnershipsProvide occasional administrative support related to marketing and intakeQualificationsExperience in in-field marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach (healthcare preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in face-to-face interactionsHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independentlyReliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations and eventsExperience with client intake, CRM systems, or customer service is a plusSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactiveWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based incentivesFull-time schedule with benefitsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing home care agencySupportive, team-oriented work environmentCompensation: $60,000.00 per year
