The office of Mark R Turner DDS located in Southeastern Massachusetts is a well-established general practice currently seeking a Full & Part time licensed dental assistants to join our dedicated team. Title Dental Assistant Job Description • Prepare exam rooms for appointments by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for the dentist • Maintain dental supply inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies in collaboration with management. • Uphold a safe and clean working environment by complying with OSHA infection control policies • Monitor incoming and outgoing lab cases • Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating needs throughout the appointment • Take digital X-rays of patients efficiently • Complete lab work under the direction of the dentist • Update and maintain client's dental records • Communicate efficiently to dentist regarding patient concerns and treatment recommendations so dentist is prepared when entering operatory • Assisting with front office and hygiene tasks as needed We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, bonus plan, a friendly work atmosphere, free dental care, employee discounts and opportunities for professional development and more.
