Capture Manager - Federal Health

Salary: Starting at $150,000 Location: DC preferred. Must be open to travel 25=100% Summary: A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-over-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by using a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest technologies and solutions. Duties and Functions Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs. Interacts with senior management levels at clients and partners, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading transformation strategies and practices. Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities. Qualification Minimum 8 years of experience in sales for a large Consulting, Technology and/or Services provider Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within Health sectors, showing sales quota attainment Client facing (from deal qualification through close) High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure Strong facilitation and communication skills – both written and verbal Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITION

This position operates in a professional office environment. The role uses standard office equipment. Travel as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
