Refrigeration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and maintenance of refrigeration systems for a premier NAFEM commercial refrigeration company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in refrigeration technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the refrigeration engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives. Design, develop, and optimize refrigeration systems to meet business needs and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of refrigeration systems into overall operations. Monitor and evaluate system performance, providing technical guidance and solutions for improvement. Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all engineering activities. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in refrigeration engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems design and maintenance. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in engineering software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
