Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room environment
• Proficiency in triage, rapid assessment, and critical care protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to excel in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract assignment
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by department needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
• Educate patients and families regarding emergency procedures, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to infection control guidelines, facility policies, and state/national regulations
