Behavioral Health Case Manager
The Hartford
The Hartford is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager to support the review and evaluation of STD/LTD claims. You will assess claimant functionality, work with clinical teams, and leverage vocational resources to facilitate safe return-to-work outcomes. Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in behavioral health, a license to practice independently, and strong documentation and communication skills.
