Insurance Agency Manager

Job Description We are looking for a business professional to manage a Farmers Insurance agency in the South Metro area of the Twin Cities. Though insurance experience is great, it is not necessary. We are very interested in speaking with candidates who are business‑minded, community‑based, and sales‑oriented. This position will focus on learning the ins and outs of the business: customer retention, business development, and overall business management. The average salary for this position is $85,000 per year, but will depend on performance and learning ability. There is uncapped potential with this opportunity and quick growth potential.
