Executive Director

Nashville General Hospital Foundation

The Nashville General Hospital Foundation Executive Director will be an inspiring, results oriented individual responsible for fundraising, community engagement, and strategic growth efforts in support of one of middle Tennessee’s most vital healthcare institutions. Reporting to the Foundation board this will be a highly visible role cultivating major donors, strengthening community partnerships, engaging board members, and working closely with hospital executives. Job Responsibilities Fundraising and Philanthropy Leadership & Community Engagement Board and Organizational Leadership Day to Day Workflows Qualifications 7+ years of leadership experience (preferred healthcare, philanthropy, foundation) Proven success in securing major gifts and developing fundraising strategies Strong executive presence Experience working with boards, donors, and community leaders Additional Information vacation Details Date Posted: August 3, 2026 Type: Full-Time Job Function: Executive Leadership Service Area: Health (Physical, Mental) Start Date: 09/15/2026 Working Hours: 40 hours M-F, some weekend or evening events #J-18808-Ljbffr
