Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital media campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate high-quality digital content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates aligned with the company’s mission and messaging.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate neuropsychological concepts and assessment information into accessible digital formats for diverse audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital media performance metrics to continuously improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and update the company website ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for SEO best practices.
• Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner to build trust and foster connections.
• Stay informed about the latest digital media trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the healthcare and neuropsychological services sectors to maintain innovative outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital media management, content creation, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and website content management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Proficiency with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software.
• Experience analyzing digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar tools.
