About the Role:
Join D&J Glass and Sign as a Glass Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality glass solutions to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, fabricate architectual glass with precision and care.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with glass selection and installation options.
Repair and replace damaged glass in residential and commercial .
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and customer needs.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in glass.
Assist in inventory management and ordering of glass materials.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Experience with glass installation or related trades is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
