Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary Gossett VW Germantown seeks a part-time, results-driven Automotive Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service to our VW clients in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This is a base-plus-commission sales role based on performance and results. The Service Advisor's primary roles and responsibilities are providing outstanding customer service, the efficient management of customer service operations, and the ability to effectively identify and resolve difficult customer service and technical problems. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a compensation of $55,000 to $120,000 annually, based on performance and results.
