A healthcare provider serving assisted living residents is hiring a Medicaid-credentialed Physician Assistant for an office-based role with fully virtual clinical interactions. The PA will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and coordinate care with the broader clinical team.
Responsibilities Include:- Providing virtual assessments and clinical care
- Preparing detailed documentation for all encounters
- Managing treatment plans and patient communication
- Coordinating with the clinical team to support care delivery
- Must be Medicaid-credentialed
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Comfortable with virtual care and remote workflows
- Experience with assisted living or geriatrics preferred
