Operations Manager / Plant Superintendent - Food Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Plant Superintendent to lead operations at a food manufacturing refinery facility. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, food safety, employee safety, quality, and financial performance while developing a high-performing operations team. This position offers excellent career growth opportunities for an ambitious leader looking to advance into a Plant Manager role. Location: Newark, CA Key Responsibilities Lead daily refinery operations and drive safety, quality, and production performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage plant budgets and improve operational efficiency. Coach, develop, and lead the production team. Drive continuous improvement and meet production goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant food manufacturing experience. 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
