Automotive Sales Manager Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced sales manager with loads of experience and the ability to manage a team and hit goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of previous automotive dealership sales management experience required.
- Aggressive and motivated leader with passion for success, customer service, training and opportunity
- Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
- Create and organize all sales activities for the sales department
- Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
- Meet and exceed factory sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- Set the highest level of professionalism for your team
- Work with finance team to ensure performance metrics are achieved
- Negotiate pricing with customers and problem solve
- Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
