Sales Manager
Long Honda of Albany is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in Albany, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to Honda vehicles.
- Manage daily operations of the sales department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance repeat and referral business.
- Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experience and inventory management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
