• Perform generl sles mngement ctivities
• Perform perioic "rie-longs" with tem members proviing in the fiel trining n mentoring.
• 25-5% Trvel Reqire cross offices locte cross the region (FL, G, L) n to the centrl office in TN
• Perform freqent pipeline reviews with tem members ensring tem members re prsing the "iel client" bse on their mrket.
• Ensre proposls re retrne to clients in timely mnner.
• Ensre t is kept p to te n ccrte

• Set monthly, qrterly n yerly sles trgets with the irector of Sles

Experience

• 2 yers of experience in sles mngement, preferbly in secrity, technology or relte sles fiel OR 5 yers of experience in sles with progressively more leership responsibilities
• Proven trck recor of chieving sles trgets n riving revene growth
• emonstrte bility to bil n mintin reltionships with clients
• Excellent commniction, negotition, n presenttion skills
• Cstomer service-oriente minset
• History of extreme ownership n elivering with excellence
