Key Hourly Manager

Experience – Skills – Abilities Minimum six (6) months experience with Applebee's Stable work history Self motivated High energy and enthusiasm Professional and career oriented mentality Displays leadership with management and co-workers Strong verbal and written skills Guest Oriented Working Conditions Additional responsibilities and accountabilities Additional developmental projects Variable hours and schedules (up to 20 hours per week) Mid shifts only No exterior building keys and no alarm codes permitted Variable job functions and roles Professional approach to problem solving Restaurant “ownership” mentality Qualities Dependable Honest / Ethical Dedicated Productive Responsible Mature / Professional Motivator Good Communication Skills Certifications and Training Developed, tested and certified in all FOH positions. Must be certified in all BOH positions with 3 months of promotion to Key Hourly.
