What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As the Kitchen Manager, you would be responsible for the back of the house and all of its functions. This position will direct the activities of back‑of‑the‑house hourly associates, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, implementing purchasing and cost controls, and following up with corrective action where needed. What You’ll Bring (Requirements) A minimum of 1 year’s experience with Kitchen Management in the Casual Restaurant industry is required. A High School Diploma is preferred. Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred. Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
