Desired Experience and Skills:

• Hold a valid SLPA license or certification, meeting state requirements
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued

• Adaptable, positive, and enthusiastic toward working with children and adolescents
• Comfortable implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct therapy sessions, track student progress, and report outcomes to supervising clinicians
• Support Speech-Language Pathologists in assessments, therapy planning, and implementing intervention strategies
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation in accordance with school guidelines
• Engage with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and student-centered environment
