This position will serve as a key point of\ contact for customers, employees, vendors, and management while helping ensure that the\ office runs efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities,\ communicates well, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently while also\ supporting the broader team. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations and organization of the office.\ Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct customer inquiries appropriately.\ Schedule appointments, meetings, deliveries, and other activities as needed.\ Maintain organized digital and physical files and records.\ Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and other office materials.\ Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.\ Assist management with administrative projects and special assignments. Customer & Client Relations Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers.\ Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, questions, payments, and general\ inquiries.\ Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience.\ Maintain accurate customer information and records.\ Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when\ appropriate. Financial & Bookkeeping Support Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.\ Prepare and send invoices and statements.\ Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.\ Maintain receipts, expenses, and other financial documentation.
