Job Summary
We are seeking a Stretch Therapist to join our successful Massage Envy clinic. As a Stretch Therapist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our patients. Responsibilities include assessing patients’ needs, guiding patients through stretches, and educating patients on the benefits of stretching. You will create at-home plans for patients so that they can continue to improve between visits. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.

Responsibilities 

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions to include all major muscle groups
• Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of stretch therapy
• Maintain accurate records of each session
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
• Ensure a clean and safe facility
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
• Work at least one weekend shift

Qualifications

• Are a CPT, Licensed Massage Therapist, or currently enrolled massage therapy student with a minimum of 250 hours. (If CPT, have 1 year experience in related field)
• Passion for helping others achieve long-term wellness and results through stretch therapy
• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting
• Able to stand for long periods
• Comfortable with performing stretch therapies on diverse clients
• Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
• High level of ethics and integrity.
