Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Join Amplity, a full‑service partner of biopharma companies, to drive sales growth within an assigned territory. The role focuses on engaging healthcare professionals, promoting pharmaceutical products, delivering value‑based presentations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest compliance and ethical standards. Responsibilities Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and sustain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric specialists where applicable. Deliver tailored, value‑based sales presentations that highlight clinical benefits. Develop and execute territory business plans based on sales data, market opportunities, and competitive positioning. Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends to refine strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, medical affairs) to align customer engagement efforts. Communicate product benefits in a patient‑centric manner to support improved health outcomes. Prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and administrative duties to maximize productivity. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and determination when facing sales challenges. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company standards; uphold strong ethical practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 2 years successful pharmaceutical sales experience. Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in developing strategies to outperform competitors in highly competitive markets. Excellent communication, collaboration, and persuasive skills. Ability to establish long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals. Compensation Salary range: $95,000 – $100,000 per year, adjusted based on market data, skills, experience, and qualifications.
