What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within legal and ethical standards.
• Assess patient needs and implement care plans, including teaching and education for patients and families.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills.
• Adapt care delivery to diverse patient populations, respecting privacy and preferences.
• Document accurately and manage multiple patient care responsibilities efficiently.

What You Need

• Required:
  
  
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
  • Proficiency with computer applications and strong communication skills
