About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President to build and lead its aviation insurance practice. The role offers strategic autonomy to develop new territories and markets, grow a team, and expand general aviation and aerospace business by leveraging existing relationships. The successful candidate will contribute to the practice’s direction while continuing to produce business and developing strong client and industry connections. Candidates should have a successful track record as an insurance producer and leader, with established connections across general aviation, aerospace, or airlines. The role calls for the ability and motivation to build a practice, develop business, and lead a team. Relevant aviation insurance broking experience and a strong commercial mindset are essential.
