To support our strategy, we’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our Finance team and play a key role in transforming how we manage, optimize, and leverage data across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Data Engineer, you will:

Own & optimize data pipelines

• Build, maintain, and enhance ETL/ELT processes
• Transition and streamline data automation from third-party providers

Ensure data accuracy & integrity

• Monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and enforce data quality standards
• Implement governance practices to maintain consistency across platforms

Drive data transparency

• Document data processes, pipelines, and systems
• Maintain data dictionaries and technical documentation

Partner with the business

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions

Improve performance & scalability

• Optimize data models, storage, and querying performance
• Continuously enhance infrastructure and processes

What You Bring

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong programming skills ( Python, R, or Java )
• Proven experience building data pipelines and automation workflows
• Knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies
• Experience in sales environment
